Today I have spent the day putting wedding announcements in envelopes and putting addresses on said envelopes. A few things I learned while getting lost in envelopes:
- I'm only going to know a handful of people at my wedding
- I have relatives in Washington State (who knew?)
- I have seriously procrastinated sending out invites. Here we are, ten minutes away from May 1st (I'm getting married May 24th) and no announcements have been sent. Oops.
- My family knows more people than I initially thought
- And finally, sending out invites has turned this whole wedding thing into the real deal.
